Issue was resolved, it just took longer

Good customer service and excellent prices. I am only giving a rating of 4 starts because I was sent the cover with the boat. When I discovered the mistake, I was unable to get the correct item shipped out to me without double paying and then being refunded even those I provided tracking with the returning the wrong cover. In the end, the issue was resolved, it just took longer and extra money that I was later refunded.

Nearly 20-year customer

I've been purchasing from TMS for nearly 20 years. Thousands of dollars later, I've never had a bad experience. The only partial negative is that some reps do not have the technical expertise that I think they should, but that's typical sales.

Poor packaging and slow delivery--decent prices

They do have good prices, but if you need reliable shipment and packaging, you might want to look elsewhere. A few extra bucks would have been well worth the extra time I spent having to deal with this.

I have placed two orders in the past year with not that great experience either time.

I really want to like these guys, they sell really great products, however I am less than impressed with my experiences. I will probably be looking elsewhere in the future, sad to say.

Facts:
I was not kept appraised of arrival.\nI contacted the vendor 7 days after my order was placed and the young man who answered was discourteous.\n\nI will not order from Boatsy Mariner Depot again unless I have no other option (say trhan ECS who is also terrible with order shipping).
